The MIT10 Committee of the MIT Club of Boston plans social and inter-collegiate events to serve a wide range of interests. Our group enjoys everything from indoor rock climbing and the Boston Red Sox to ice skating on the Frog Pond and ski trips to the Talbot House. We schedule monthly pub nights and many joint events with the Boston chapters of alumni groups from other universities. Our biggest event is the annual Summer BBQ each August - don't miss it!
Aside from just having fun, young alums recognize the importance of networking with fellow alums and staying in touch with old friends. Young alums are valuable mentors for undergraduate students and we benefit greatly from our relationships with more experienced alums as well. One goal of our group is to facilitate such relationships through our joint events with other Committees within the Club and our events with the MIT Alumni Association.
If you would like to volunteer to plan an event or if you would just like to contribute ideas for future events, please contact Nicole Palmer (najpalmer at gmail.com) and/or Christina McDonough (
