Volunteer mailing list
The Club of Boston has an email list with nearly 350 recipients interested in volunteering with events and activities. The email list is a low-traffic list with a monthly volunteer e-newsletter where upcoming events and volunteer opportunities are announced. In addition, volunteer requests for events are sent to the email list on a per-need basis. • Assistant VP of Programs - Has experience running events, managing people
• Assistant VP of Boston Seminar Series - Organizes Boston Seminar Series
• Assistant VP of Communication - Manages weekly email newsletters, monthly newsletter, post cards, Web site
• Assistant VP of Marketing - Manages all-Boston emails, coordinates marketing of club events
