Who:  Everyone!  All members and prospective members are invited, along with the families and friends.  Incoming Boston area freshmen and their families will also be coming.  Undergrad and graduate students are welcome to attend and share their tips for success at MIT to the pre-frosh.

What: Hamburgers, hotdogs, vegetarian selections, watermelon, assorted beverages (valid ID required for beer or wine)

Cost:  SmarTrans registration:  $3 for members and their guests, $5 for non-members, $0 for BBQ volunteers and their guests, students and incoming freshmen and their families.

Cost:  At the door:  $5 for members, $10 for non-member, $0 for students and incoming freshmen families

Register:  SmarTrans Registration Pre-registration ends Friday, Aug. 7th at noon.

Volunteers needed for:  shopping, setup, registration, music/entertainment, children's activities, pre-frosh welcome, food prep, grilling, supervisors, cleanup (both during and after the BBQ)
