What do “Scrum” (Software Development) teams, “STS“ (Sociotechnical System) Manufacturing Teams and “IPD” (Integrated Project Delivery Construction Methods) have in common? They all integrate people, systems, business structures and practices into a process that collaboratively harnesses the talents and insights of all stakeholders to optimize project results, increase value to the customers/owners, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency through all phases of design and execution. To survive and excel in the new Business Era companies will have to deliver greater value for their customers through innovation and greater employee engagement.
