Description: Thinking about where to invest in 2009 and beyond? We are fortunate to have Professor Stewart C. Myers, Robert C. Merton (1970) Professor of Financial Economics at the MIT Sloan School of Management, to address the topic of today's unprecedented turmoil and dislocation in the financial markets. With an introduction by Audrey B. Daum, SM '88, Vice President and Financial Advisor, Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management, this event will include an opportunity for audience questions.
Professor Myers is the co-author of the classic textbook, Principles of Corporate Finance, which is now in its 8th edition. He is a past president of the American Finance Association, a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a Principal and Director of The Brattle Group, Inc.
