Advertising in the MIT Club of Boston Newsletter ensures that your message will reach a highly selective and unique readership. Whether for job opportunities, or to promote services or merchandise, as an advertiser in our Club Newsletter, you are guaranteed that your announcement will be direct-mailed to all our members in the Greater Boston area. In order to maintain a high quality publication to our readers, we limit the advertising space to 20% of the newsletter's content; submissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Criteria for submissions: - Business card advertisements are limited exclusively to the scanned version of an existing business card, without any custom formatting.
- The above rates apply to camera-ready material. Acceptable formats for electronic submissions are: Adobe Acrobat PDF, Quark QXD, and JPEG or GIF image files. An additional 10% charge will be assessed on the initial insertion for any ad requiring layout or typesetting.
- Multiple insertions will be discounted off the cost of the initial insertion. Please specify the number of issues in which you want to place your ad, and include this information along with your full payment for your order.
- Ads will be positioned at the discretion of the Newsletter Editor.
- Special requests for color advertisements may be honored for a significant premium.
- Advertising space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and selected advertisers will be notified of the issues in which their ads will run upon acceptance of an order.
