Do you or your kids like to sing? Join the North Cambridge Family Opera Festival Chorus to perform the American premiere of Powers of Ten, a science oratorio by contemporary British composer David Haines (creator of last year's science oratorio, Lifetime). The three performances will be featured events in the Second Annual Cambridge Science Festival (April 26 - May 4), a city-wide cultural celebration of science and technology organized by the MIT Museum.
We are now recruiting adults and children to sing this beautiful and universally accessible piece of music. Anyone age 5 and up can participate. Children ages 5-11 require an attending or participating adult.
Open rehearsals and registration:
- Wednesday, January 30, at 6:00-7:30 PM
- Wednesday, February 6, at 6:00-7:30 PM
